Here at Milkshake. We offer premium professional fingerboards handcrafted in South Wales, UK. Our decks are made from high-quality Canadian maple and exotic wood veneers and pressed together using a custom aluminium mold.

Hand-painted decks are all painted by us in-house using an airbrush. Real-wear graphics will be coming soon to our store and retailers around the world.

All decks are engraved with the Milkshake. logo and a number corresponding to the deck.  Collab decks are engraved using both companies logos.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for items are depending on your region and country. All costs for shipping are calculated at checkout.

Taxes/ Duties/ Customs Charges:

For international orders, there may be charges for taxes, duties, or customs. We have no control over these and the buyer is responsible for the charges and the amount.

Delivery Time:

Orders placed during weekdays are usually dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, but please allow up to a week for dispatch notification.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery times or estimates but will provide you with a tracking number with your order for reference.
Please note, the delivery time stated at checkout is an estimate provided by Royal Mail.

Returns and Cancellation Policy:

For returns or cancellations please use the "Contact Us" page or Dm us @milkshake.fb on Instagram with your inquiry and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please note, for a return, the item must still be sealed in its original packaging and unused.
